All of the courses in our professional development range have been carefully designed and developed to help you get better at what you do - whether you work in the for-profit or not-for-profit sector.

Our approach is always to put the emphasis is on the practical but with a solid theoretical underpinning. We use a variety of tried and tested learning methods including case studies, debate and group working. And our engaging and experienced trainers create supportive, friendly and fun environments where everyone can contribute.

Like all our courses they can be delivered in a variety of ways from inexpensive, self-guided modules, through to live, trainer-led sessions either just for you or with other learners in a public or private group.

SELF FUNDING?

We know from experience (we've been in the learning business for 28 years) that a growing number of you are paying for your own training - not least because corporate training budgets are being cut becasue of the economic squeeze. Like you, we passionately believe that self-funded learning is an investment not a cost. But we appreciate you've still got to find the money in the first place! So that's why we've priced many of our courses at under £200 and our self-guided courses for significantly less.
