AIMED AT This workshop combines advanced media skills with crisis communication tactics and is aimed at those at the highest level within the organisation who will already have significant experience in dealing with the media. OBJECTIVES 1. Better awareness of media communication problems and good practice 2. Familiarity with the latest organisational communication systems 3. Demonstrating good practice in handling real problems with media 4. How to develop media strategies for prevention 5. How to manage high profile media events and crises 6. Handling bad news/adverse publicity CONTENT The day is divided into four sections with regular breaks for drinks, refreshments and lunch. • Crisis! What crisis?
