A quick reminder that you're booked onto our MANAGING DIFFICULT TEAMS workshop in Bristol on 13/11/2019.
It's being held at the Mercure Bristol Brigstow Venue & Hotel, Welsh Back 5-7, Bristol, BS1 4SP and we'll be there to greet you with tea and coffee about 15 minutes before our scheduled start time of 10:00 or 14:00.
To keep our prices down we don't provide lunch on our full day courses unless stated otherwise so you're welcome to bring your own food or try the many places to eat nearby!. If you paid for a certificate it'll be handed out on the day. And if you opted for our online learning resources your trainer will explain how to access these before they send you on your way no later than 13:00 or 17:00.

From junction 19 of the M4, take M32 to Bristol City Centre. At the end of the motorway, keep left onto Temple Way, follow signage to Temple Meads Railway Station, through underpass & at 1st roundabout take 3rd exit onto Victoria St and follow until you reach the river. Go over the bridge, take left onto Baldwin St, first left into Queen Charlotte Street, the NCP Car Park that we recommend is on your left. For the venue, take next left into Crow Lane then left again into Welsh Back, venue is on left.
