A quick reminder that you're booked onto our DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE workshop in Bristol on 03/10/2019.
It's being held at the The Waterfront, Welsh Back, Bristol, BS1 4SB and we'll be there to greet you with tea and coffee about 15 minutes before our scheduled start time of 10:00.
To keep our prices down we don't provide lunch on our full day courses unless stated otherwise so you're welcome to bring your own food or try the many places to eat nearby!. If you paid for a certificate it'll be handed out on the day. And if you opted for our online learning resources your trainer will explain how to access these before they send you on your way no later than 13:00.
