Joining Instructions

Hello,

We look forward to welcoming you onto the MARKETING & CUSTOMER SERVICE STRATEGIES workshop that you have booked to attend in Manchester on 23/03/2010.

VENUE
The venue is YHA Manchester, Meeting Rooms, Potato Wharf, Castlefield, Manchester, M3 4NB.

TIMES
We will commence at 10am and wrap the course up by 4.30pm. 

Although the day will be intense and involving, it will be primarily enjoyable, practical and designed to help improve your skills and knowledge.

ACM Training provides all delegates with morning and afternoon tea. ACM Training will provide lunch, workshop materials, website membership, a certificate of completion and a DVD, to those who have booked any, or all, of these add-ons.

DIRECTIONS
From Piccadilly Train Station and the Bus Station:
From Piccadilly Station take the train to Deansgate Station or the tram to G-Mex Station. For the tram you will need a city centre ticket which you can purchase on the platform. The Metrolink is suitable for wheelchair users. From Deansgate Station cross Whitworth Street into Deansgate, then turn left onto Liverpool Road. Potato Wharf is two thirds of the way down, across from the Museum of Science & Industry. The YHA is behind the Castlefield Hotel. From G-Mex Metrolink Station, cross the tracks & turn left. You will see signs for the YHA down the stairwell or lift, past the Roman fort, down the steps and across the Castlefield Event Arena next to the canal.

Wheelchair users will need to cross the street when they come out of the lift. Turn left, first right and left into Liverpool Road then onto Potato Wharf.

By Road:
Once in Manchester, follow the signs for Castlefield/Museum of Science & Industry. The venue is behind the Castlefield Hotel and opposite the Museum of Science & Industry. The venue has a small free car park [for approx. 30 cars] on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. There is also plenty of pay-for on-street parking around the venue.



From the Airport:
Take the Rail link direct to Deansgate Station, which is about 15 minutes in duration, where the venue is only a five-minute walk, or alternatively take the train to Manchester Piccadilly, then Metrolink to G-Mex. From G-Mex Metrolink Station, cross the tracks & turn left. You will see signs for the YHA down the stairwell or lift, past the Roman fort, down the steps and across the Castlefield Event Arena next to the canal.
